These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PrettyPleaseModels.com (the "Service"), operated by Pretty Please Models ("we," "us"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use the Service.
The Service lets you ask relationship questions of fictional characters inspired by Greek mythology. Their responses are generated by artificial intelligence. The characters are not real people, and their portraits are AI-generated or illustrative images, not photographs of real consultants.
The Service is for general information, reflection and entertainment. It is not therapy, counseling, medical, legal or financial advice, and it does not create any professional relationship. Do not rely on it for decisions about your health, safety, legal rights or finances. Consult a qualified professional for those.
The Service is not for emergencies. If you are in danger or thinking about harming yourself or someone else, call 911, or call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). For relationship abuse, contact the National Domestic Violence Hotline at 1-800-799-7233 or text START to 88788.
AI responses can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or inappropriate for your situation. They reflect the perspective of a fictional character, not our views. Characters in The Council may disagree with one another. You are solely responsible for how you interpret and act on any response.
The Service is free and does not require an account. Each visitor may submit a limited number of consultations per day (currently ten), which resets at midnight Eastern Time. An individual question, including one clarification the character asks for, counts as one consultation. A full Council session counts as one consultation. Help Me Choose is free. We may change these limits, or suspend or discontinue the Service, at any time.

We may block access or refuse requests that we believe violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of what you write. You give us a limited license to process, transmit and temporarily store your messages as needed to operate the Service and generate responses, as described in our Privacy Policy. You may use the responses you receive for your personal, non-commercial purposes.
The Service's design, characters, names, writing, images and software belong to us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify or distribute them except as permitted by law or with our written permission.
The Service relies on third parties, including Anthropic (which provides the AI model), our web hosting provider and Google Fonts. Their services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any AI-generated response. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, nothing here limits rights you have under laws that cannot be waived.
We may update these Terms. We will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

This policy explains what information PrettyPleaseModels.com (the "Service") handles, why, and the choices you have. We are based in California, United States.
We use this information only to provide the Service: to generate responses, match you with guides, run The Council, enforce fair daily limits, prevent duplicate charges, resume interrupted consultations, keep the Service secure and fix problems. We do not use your conversations to build advertising profiles.
The "Clear this conversation" and "Clear this Council" buttons remove that conversation from your browser and delete its consultation records from our server. Clearing does not restore questions already used that day. It also cannot delete copies held by Anthropic under its retention policy, or our host's standard server logs. You can also erase browser storage at any time through your browser settings.
If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we have about you, to request that we delete or correct it, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to limit the use of sensitive personal information. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell or share personal information, and we use any sensitive information you choose to provide only to answer your request. Global Privacy Control signals are honored automatically, because we do not sell or share. Because we have no accounts and keep only hashed identifiers, we may not be able to link stored information to you. You can also clear your data yourself as described above. The Service is intended for adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has used the Service, contact us and we will delete any related information we can identify.
We use reasonable measures to protect information: the connection is encrypted, records are stored outside the public website, and IP addresses are hashed. No system is perfectly secure.
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
